Lizeth (Liz) Martinez

Lizeth (Liz) Martinez, Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager, joined Beasley, Mitchell & Co. as a CAS Manager in 2024. Liz graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting from New Mexico State University in 2018. Liz comes to us with over eight years of experience in accounting and as a controller. She currently holds a manager position in the CAS department, where she oversees multiple clients and staff who process payroll and accounting services and prepare financials for BMC clients. Liz’s experience and tasks include QuickBooks, payroll, tax accounting functions, and extensive experience in various computer software.
Tricia Montoya
Specialist
Tricia joined Beasley, Mitchell & Co. in the summer of 2022. Tricia was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. She has a Bachlelor’s of Accountancy from NMSU and has been a QuickBooks Pro Advisor since 2008. A few years back, she earned her Enrolled Agent license with the IRS. Training has been a passion for her and has taught at local Universities and Colleges. She has extensive experience working with small businesses and helping them get the most out of QuickBooks. Her background includes tax experience, business brokerage, evaluations and special projects. She enjoys gardening and Zumba in her spare time.
Nicholas Cuevas

Nicholas Cuevas, Accountant I, joined Beasley Mitchell & Company in 2023. Nicholas has a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas-El Paso in 2022. He has over three years of experience in services businesses and his clients as a bookkeeper and member of the Client Accounting Services Department in public accounting.
Jessica Hernandez

Jessica Hernandez, CPA, Staff Accountant II, joined Beasley Mitchell & Company as a CAS member during the merger with Scwalm, Martos & Co. in 2024. Jessica has a Bachelor of Accounting from New Mexico State University (NMSU) and a Master in Science of Accounting from Grand Canyon University. She has extensive experience in business consulting, bookkeeping, payroll services, and financial statement preparation. Jessica enjoys spending time at home with her family.
Angelica Pacheco

Angelica Pacheco joined Beasley, Mitchell & Co. as a Bookkeeper in June of 2017. In 2013 she earned her Associates Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from ENMU-R in Roswell, New Mexico where she is from. With over 15 years’ experience in the accounting industry, Angelica enjoys utilizing her bookkeeping knowledge to assist small business owners. Angelica is currently working on her QuickBooks Pro Advisor certification. In her free time, Angelica loves spending time with family and friends.
Katie Hawkins

Katie Hawkins joined Beasley, Mitchell & Co. as a Bookkeeper in April of 2021. In 2014 she received her Bachelors in Business Administration-Accounting from Texas A&M University in Texarkana, Texas. She obtained her Master's of Accounting with a concentration in Forensic Accounting. Katie comes to us with seven years of accounting experience. She currently holds a bookkeeping position where she processes payroll and Financials for many clients. She loves spending time with her family and dogs in her spare time.

Karen Tomlin, Senior Bookkeeper, joined Beasley, Mitchell & Co. as a Bookkeeper in 2024. Karen has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from New Mexico State University in 1990. Karen comes to us with over fifteen years of accounting experience. She currently holds a bookkeeping position where she processes payroll, accounting services and prepares financials for many clients.
Irene Gonzales

Irene Gonzales was born and raised in Las Cruces, New Mexico. She began her career with Beasley, Mitchell & Co. in 1989 as a part of the administrative staff. Irene has since earned her current position of Certified Bookkeeper. In this position, she provides payroll and accounting services to various businesses with an emphasis in the medical field. Irene is great at helping clients with all aspects of their bookkeeping and has assisted many of them with difficult payroll and gross receipts tax issues. Irene also loves spending time with her family and friends.
Cara Moore

Cara Moore, Staff Accountant I, joined Beasley Mitchell & Company as a Client Accounting Services member in 2022. Cara brings with her 35 years of experience in bookkeeping for corporations and non-profit organizations. She has extensive experience as a bookkeeper and finance director. She has assisted in operating contractor and landscaping businesses in southern New Mexico and has obtained her QuickBooks online ProAdvisor certification.

Judy Kemp, CPA, Tax Specialist, joined Beasley Mitchell & Company as a Tax Specialist during the merger with Scwalm, Martos & Co. in 2023. Judy has a Bachelor of Accounting and an Associate at New Mexico State University. She has extensive experience in business consulting and specializes in tax planning and advising for Individuals, corporations, and closely held businesses.

Aisha Adhrij, bookkeeper, joined Beasley, Mitchell & Co. in 2023 after serving as an intern for one year. Aisha has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from New Mexico State University and is working on completing her Masters in Business. Aisha provides bookkeeping and payroll services to various clients.

Rosario Jex

Rosie Jex joined Beasley, Mitchell & Co. in August of 2024 as a Client Accounting Services Specialist. She was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona and has lived in Tucson or the surrounding area her whole life. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Major in Accounting. As an accounting profession she has had the wonderful opportunity to do what she loves for 30+ years.

With six years of experience in payroll and bookkeeping, Crystal specializes in accurate payroll processing, compliance, and financial record-keeping. Known for her attention to detail and strong communication skills, she ensures smooth payroll operations while providing excellent customer support.
Veronica MacGregor

I joined the Beasley, Mitchell & Co. staff in September 2024 as an Accounting Assistant for Operations. I was born and raised in Las Cruces, NM. I earned my Bachelor of Accountancy from NMSU in 1993. I have over 25 years of governmental accounting and budgeting experience, having worked for the City of Las Cruces as both an Accountant and a Budget Analyst. I retired from the City of Las Cruces in 2020. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, and I am an avid reader.

Kylah Voight, Staff Accountant I, joined Beasley, Mitchell & Co. as Client Accounting Services (CAS) Staff I and has been assisting in the CAS department since November 2023. Kylah is a graduate of the New Mexico State University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance in December 2023. She has experience in bookkeeping, payroll services, and financial statement preparation. Kylah enjoys spending time at home with family, playing video games, and crocheting.

Gina joined the CAS team in 2024 with a love of recordkeeping, a passion for business, and nearly 20 years of experience in managerial accounting. With her creative energy and solutions-oriented background, she is committed to delivering results, fostering collaboration, and upholding the highest standards of integrity. Gina graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at El Paso. While she enjoys working on her own project budgets and forecasts in her free time, she also loves hiking with her daughter, reading, photography, yoga, and gardening – believing that life (like a good set of books) needs to be balanced, too!
Viviana Solis

Viviana has over ten years of experience improving operational efficiency and ensuring financial health for non-profit and for-profit organizations. Her background includes experience in month-end close processes, financial reporting, budget development, audit preparation and grants management. She is a graduate of New Mexico State University. In her free time, Viviana enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and children. She loves adventure, from thrill-seeking activities to exploring all that Arizona's nature has to offer.
