Rochelle, with an impressive 20-year tenure in public accounting, has been a resource to various governmental entities and organizations. Her expertise encompasses audit, accounting, and consulting services, offering guidance and management in audits, audit preparation, ongoing reconciliations, CFO support, and grants management. Rochelle’s dedication extends beyond the numbers; she’s a passionate advocate for knowledge sharing and committed to enhancing comprehension of grants management and governmental accounting. She has presented and moderated numerous presentations for Tribal organizations, focusing on grants management and governmental fund accounting, enriching the understanding of individuals in this complex field. Membership in Professional Organizations: Rochelle is a member of the New Mexico Society of Certified Public Accountants (NMSCPA). She is a licensed CPA in New Mexico (CPA License #6677). Lizeth (Liz) Martinez, Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager, joined Beasley, Mitchell & Co. as a CAS Manager in 2024. Liz graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting from New Mexico State University in 2018. Liz comes to us with over eight years of experience in accounting and as a controller. She currently holds a manager position in the CAS department, where she oversees multiple clients and staff who process payroll and accounting services and prepare financials for BMC clients. Liz’s experience and tasks include QuickBooks, payroll, tax accounting functions, and extensive experience in various computer software.

Nicholas Cuevas, Senior, joined the firm in August 2023. He graduated with a Bachelor’s in Accounting and a minor in Finance, from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) in 2021. He then received his Master’s of Accountancy, from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) in 2022. Since 2021, Nicholas has been practicing public accounting, specializing in payroll management, financial statement preparation, and accounting services. He is dedicated to supporting clients' accounting needs and is actively expanding his expertise in the field. In his free time, Nicholas enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.
