Lori Sharp
Controller, CPA
Lori has been with Beasley, Mitchell, & Co. since 2000. She obtained her Bachelor of Accountancy from New Mexico State University. As a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant, Lori brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the practice. She works primarily with taxes and business consulting including developers, contractors, retail businesses, and the medical field. Lori is also a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and can assist you in all aspects of your internal accounting system involving new setup and evaluating/restructuring existing setups. She enjoys working with clients to assist them in minimizing their income taxes while maximizing their ability to manage their businesses. Lori is a long time resident of the Mesilla Valley and is active with community and civic organizations.
Nohemi “Mona” Morán
Firm Administrator
Nohemi “Mona” Morán joined Beasley, Mitchell & Co., LLP as the Company Bookkeeper in May of 2018. Her duties include Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, and Collections. She began her career at a local financial institution where she worked for six years. In 2011 she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from New Mexico State University. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Accountancy at NMSU and is expecting to graduate in 2021. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, family, and friends.
Juan Carlos Nunez
Human Resources Manager
Juan Carlos Nunez graduated from UTEP with a BBA in Human Resources in 1999. He has been in the HR field for the last 20 years mainly in manufacturing and financial services. Juan Carlos holds Senior Certifications from SHRM and HRCI.
Samantha A. Ordonez
Manager
Samantha became a member of Beasley, Mitchell & Co. in 2005 as an Administrative Assistant. She attained her current position as, Senior Administrative Specialist, in 2015. In this role, she oversees administrative staff members; to ensure they provide timely clerical services to clients. She also manages the training of all processing interns. Samantha received her business degree in December 2019. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, and enjoys traveling with family and friends any chance she gets.
San Juana Melendez
Executive Assistant
San Juana began her career with Beasley, Mitchell & Co. in 2007 as part of the Administrative Staff. She has since earned her current title of Executive Assistant. In this position, she has daily communication with clients regarding their tax returns or other services provided by Beasley, Mitchell & Co. Furthermore, she manages projects taken on by the Information Technology and Media Marketing divisions. In her free time, San Juana takes joy in watching her children play sports.
Joanna Rivas
Executive Assistant
Joanna Rivas joined Beasley, Mitchell & Co in June 2016 as a part time employee after obtaining her Associates Degree in Business Office Technology. In 2019 she joined the firm as a full time employee and earned her current position as Executive Assistant. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her kids and enjoying nature.

Brianna Palache is from California and moved to Las Cruces, NM to further her education. She joined Beasley, Mitchell & Co in August 2021. She still currently attending DACC to receive my associates in Business Administrative and will continue to further her education. She enjoy traveling to different places and going on hikes during my free time.
Starla Rodriguez

Starla Rodriguez is from the Grant County area and has been in Las Cruces since 2004. She has been part of Beasley, Mitchell & Co. since 2008 and currently holds the position of administrative specialist. Starla spends her days providing exceptional quality client services to all of our clients.
April Evans

April has worked for Beasley, Mitchell & Co. since 2021 and obtained her master’s in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in information computer technology from New Mexico State University business college. April enjoys spending time with her family.
Salina Harrelson
Administrative Staff
Salina joined Beasley, Mitchell & Co in August 2021as part of administrative staff for our El Paso office. Her previous experience as a customer service specialist for a national insurance company makes her a great addition to the team. She enjoys spending time with her dog and family in her free time.
Kendra Banuelos

Kendra Banuelos is a skilled professional with experience in membership coordination, relationship management, and organizational growth. Previously, she served as a Membership Coordinator at the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where she played a key role in enhancing member engagement, driving membership growth, and building strong community relationships. During her time at the Chamber, Kendra successfully developed and executed strategies to increase membership retention, facilitated networking opportunities, and supported the Chamber’s mission to advocate for businesses.
Shealynn Allison

Shealynn, originally from the Grant County area, has been a resident of El Paso since 2019. She joined Beasley, Mitchell & Co in March 2025 as a valued member of the administrative staff for our El Paso office. Shealynn graduated from Western New Mexico University (WNMU) in 2016 with an Associate of Applied Science degree. Her previous experiences with both credit unions and as a claims adjuster make her a great addition to our team. In her free time, Shealynn enjoys spending time with her daughter, going to the gym, and being outdoors.

Bianey Quintana
Administrative Assistant
Bianey joined Beasley, Mitchell & Co. in 2024 as an Administrative Staff member for the Albuquerque office. She was born and raised in Roswell, New Mexico, and recently moved to Albuquerque straight out of high school to pursue her education at Central New Mexico Community College. Currently in her second semester of her freshman year, Bianey is working towards becoming a Radiologic Technologist. In the future, she plans to transfer to the University of New Mexico to specialize as a Pediatric Radiologist.
